While on vacation I used RR Web Mail for the 1st time. I set up the "Vacation Message" which would instantly reply to all incoming e-mails.
I returned from vacation on June 1st and changed the setting to "Do Not Send Vacation Message". The next day it was back to "Send". After putting the setting bac to "Do Not Send" several times in the course of two weeks, I contacted RR. I have been in touch with RR by e-mail four times, two live e-mail chats, and two telephone calls. We are now at Aug. 11th and the problem remains.
I have explained the situation in detail to RR many times and have followed all their instructions. They cannot remedy the problem. My contacts are getting annoyed because for each e-mail they send to me, they receive this instant/vacation message.
I'm at my wits end! Can anyone out there help me?
