Time Warner Notification is Killing My Internet

For a while now I have been receiving this Time Warner message (see below) it randomly pops up. Sometimes I can't access any websites, sometimes just some websites, and then sometimes I get 404 Not Found. It is driving me crazy. I have done the recommended action in the notification, in fact the setup they recommend is what I already had. I have restarted my computer and tried tons of stuff and am completely lost. This is killing me because I can't use the internet. I use Firefox and have Windows XP. Please Help Me.

Former Adelphia customers,

If you are receiving this notification, your system(s) and/or network devices are using former Adelphia DNS services which are no longer available. Please review the following and make the necessary changes to your system(s) and network device(s).



DHCP customers

Please change your TCP/IP settings to "Obtain DNS server address automatically" and reboot your computer or network device. This will automatically correct this condition.
