Losing my patience with Verizon
I ordered DSL from Verizon and I received my kit and all. My problem is, the installation disk will not work! It keeps giving me the message "Cannot continue to run scripts on this page" or something similar and I look down at the URL of the file and it's the sma.main part of the file. I then called Verizon and asked for a 2nd disk and I'm having the same problem. My computer is configured correctly for DSL service and we even have an Ethernet card installed. I'm about ready to pack it in & send the kit back to them but I was wondering if anyone had this problem and got past it. Thank you.
