Default Why can't they bundle me with Directv??

I absolutely do not understand Verizon DSL. I have Verizon Feedom Essentials I believe it's called. I upgraded from the 768 to the 3. No problems. But I had them bundle everything with Directv and it's been over 4 months and I keep getting phone bills and it says Directv - pending.

When I call, I get , "we're working on this". We'll let you know, it's pending.

Has anyone been through this? Do you have any idea why it would take over 4 months to bundle with Directv??

Also, I have a question about going to tvlinks.com and viewing episodes of old tv shows. I was at the website that showed all the episodes of Earth Final Conflict. About 3 seasons worth of videos.

I was able to view a few, but some would just not load. Then I tried to view others, and there was no problem. How come I can see, for example, episode 3, but not episode 10??? Then I can view Episode 13.

I just don't get it. It says connecting.... then buffering.....then nothing. But other episodes load up right away.

If anyone can answer these two questions for me, I'd be most appreciative.
