My issue with them, again from a blog entry I did awhile back, good thing I blogged this, might come in handy for others.

As I sit and game online to practice since I haven't in many years, I watch as the Charter Tech sits on my fiancés computer chair and sleeps. What is wrong with this picture? Exactly, everything. It is not my fault that their crap does not want to work and give us a dial tone, nor is it my fault that the local (at building) tech can see nothing wrong with this hookup for a PHONE LINE! But to sit here and watch a tech sleep, I mean come on, I could go see a tech sleep when I watch my fiancé hours on end help people with their issues online and then him pass out on the couch, but thats different.

I don't know this charter tech from Adam, and besides being unprofessional and completely creepy since I am the only person in the house, its just nasty. Now he has contaminated the chair, the leather chair, the good one that I always steal when the fiancé isn't around. Now its in ruin, should be burned and then buried to be put out of its misery. It has been over two hours and still nothing has been accomplished except a good many minutes sleep and nothing for me, since I of course, can not leave this fool alone. He slept thru me playing CS Condition Zero, HOW COULD ANYONE sleep through someone gaming less than 4 feet away?

Idiots, I don't care of you don't get enough sleep, I have never fallen asleep on the job, there is no excuse for this. And had Charters stupid website actually been any help, I would have complained there, except their stupid address verification page doesn't show that we are actual customers, maybe its because our tech is sleeping….

WoW! Two hours and some bit later, it actually works. A coworker of his joins him in the fun of running a new line, and after about 40 minutes of ffffing on the walls (seems their inside the walls) it works. Fun times, stupid techs that fall asleep on the job. How stupid, I'm still going to complain. Alot.
