Security of VoIP

Hi there,

I know that most VoIP claims to have encrypted the messages over the Internet, but how good is their security.

Does anyone know of a specific product that delivers far higher security than others? For I would like to implement this between some of my colleagues, but we are alittle worried about beeing tapped...

It should be fairly secure. Remember though, if someone really wants to tap you, and there is reason for it, there is always a way. Is it information that is sensitive enough to warrant the extra security?
